Ebay Typo Search (auction fat finger search)
Note: If the URL displays shop.ebay.com,
scroll to the bottom of the eBay page and look for a sentence which says "You are currently testing eBay's new search experience. If you prefer, you can opt out of the test." Click on opt out to allow typo search to function properly.
Using the tool is easy! In the text box below, just type in a search item name normally
(e.g. laptop) and it will automatically search a large number of common and uncommon
misspellings for that item. The original spelling is omitted from the search list
so you do not have to try hard to find the misspelled ones, they're all right there
(if any). Enjoy!
Advanced Search Options
Searching for "
simpsons" gives you thousands of matches, including those for "
jessica simpson." If you want to weed out those pesky
misspelling possibilities, just type "
simpsons -simpson". Use the "-" operator immediately before any keyword you want to
exclude from search results.
